Beast clan expert, Spymaster

Can speak most beast clan dialects. Has spies/long time Beastfolk friends stationed around the Labyrinth and beyond.

Ralpinia was kidnapped by harpies as an egg. They raised him and trained him to disrupt small clans and caravans until he was defeated by a Mistwoods patrol and captured.

After a long introduction to dragon culture and society he's happy to be among dragons, but heavily resents going up against beast clans. Ralpinia is the first to be called in conflicts involving Beastclans, as he tries to settle things without violence.
