The plagueblessed Bogsneak may not have been born into the badlands, but he flourished better than some of the natives. Being clever, practical and unfettered allowed him to rise and survive through the Vulture Talon ranks until he gained control of the whole group. Age has only sharpened his wits and knives since then. Hemo has since retired from the battlefield and into managing the bustling ports of the Sinew City. It’s basically the same thing with less walking and more property damage.

Living so long within the Scarred Wasteland had altered his body radically. He no longer as any functioning nerves in his wings but can eat just about anything except for Baldwin's soylent recipes. Those things are just plain nasty.

Hemo is personally responsible for making the phrase 'inviting someone over for tea' into a code for assassination. Tea, in this case, is his familar that lurks in his office when dealing with official business. Don't think too hard about what happened to the bodies.

An incomplete list of other things this Bogsneak is responsible for: the recruitment of Rothsome and Vlilick, supervising duels, so much paperwork he's been procrastinating on, keeping other mercenary companies in line and making sure the 'civilians' stay in line.

With Sinew City being more shady than the Shade itself, it's often expected for the enforcers to take a little off the top. His favorite indulgences are spiced fish jerky, odd teas, scandalous romance novels and any sort of knife. There's not much fondness for sweets or bludgeoning weapions.
