While Achlys was blessed by Shadowbinder, the sign of that blessing was a pair of functionally useless eyes, at least, in the normal sense. If fact, she actually has no eyes, her empty sockets endlessly secreting a dark shadowy goop, leaving her functionally blind. This has done little to slow her down, and she's developed quite the flare for theatrics over the years her mate, Rosario, is one of her favorite clan members. she describes him as having a very soft and happy aura. other Favorites include her best friend Charlie, her mentor Hecate, and the twins, Nox and Noctis.

H I S T O R Y Achlys was found abandoned at the trading post, having been left behind under the assumption that she wouldn't live long, nor be able to properly protect anything or anyone with her eyes the way they were. After being brought back to the clan by Hecate, she grew up as one of the many hatchlings adopted by Kinvi and Papillion, who eventually discovered her talent for sensing auras, allowing her to "see" other living beings in her teenage years, Achlys stumbled across the ever moody Styx, a shadow serpent who had slithered into her nest one day. instead of being frightened as many would, she just moved him over and went to sleep.

I love how she's able to sense auras... that's really unique compared to "i learnt how to feel vibrations in the ground" or "i use echolocation"
She also seems really ****** and would be an awesome friend, but she's definitely molded into who she is now from her past and that gives her even more character.
