 This child was never 'born', more of just 'appeared' from devastating energies of never-ending whirlpools raging. And he appeared in a clan dictated by strange, strange laws. One could talk for hours about the many quirky rulings of it, including wild spirits of water interfering with forces of nature, but the most prominent was this: a dragon within the clan did not have a name until they earned it, by some means of making themselves useful and prominent within the clan's history. There were a lot of dragons which Monsoon knew... and neither of them had names. Monsoon couldn't help but believe that all of them deserved names. They had raised many others for the gods and supported the clan in both spirit and wealth. For reasons he couldn't explain but understood with his heart, he always felt entranced by the sea, and its seemingly bottomless depths. He tries his best to keep attention averted from him, to stand back, but that's slightly difficult to do when you are a renowned oracle. His skills at predicting the future are almost unmatched. Like traditional Water dragon, Monsoon whispers prophecies and gazes into crystal balls. Everyone in the Temple of Soul can vouch that he has true talent, and his wares are not cheap scams. While he doesn't charge for it, you always have to be silent while listening to his predictions, for his voice is nearly obsolete. It is barely a whisper, rising and dipping with hushed sighs. Monsoon is a quiet, if not silent, dragon. His almost invisible eyes, covered by ever-moving currents, seem to always hold a bit of sadness. Some claim that the reason for this is that he has foreseen his own death and is now simply waiting for it. However, the true reason is that he noticed how his 'apperance' have soothed winds and seas, preventing an irreversible damage done to the land and its residents, as well as affecting tremendous spirit powers of his 'fathers', and is now contemplating if he was a cause of it. Any child would doubt own existense in such cause, especially if they don't seem to age.
