Cepheus leads the string of guards under Hybris' control, and trains the hatchlings in the art of fighting from time to time.

His colors are strangely scarred, in a way that not even his parents could have predicted-- and he often finds himself making up for that with talents. Among those, he's perfected a kind of 'sniping' that requires patience and borrowed Dunhoof arrows.
