Kasha

Kasha loved his clan. After escaping from the marketplace and finding Kokoe again, he had settled down, living on a small island a little ways north of the clan. He had a fresh water supply from the river, and there was plenty of food, from the fish in the stream and ocean and the animals, insects, and plants populating the island. It was his own little space, safe from the world and others, (Besides Kokoe and sometimes Carmen) and he had all the time in the world to work on his garden. But every now and then, he would still get lonely. So that was where Murk came in. Kasha had found the little rosetail in a burrow at the head of the stream, cowering and injured. He had seemingly been attacked by a larger predator, another dragon even, (Carmen did seem to disappear occasionally and return looking pretty satisfied) with a nasty bite mark along his spine. Kasha had picked it up, gently holding his jaw closed. He flew home, finding the correct herbs in the chest he owned, then treated the caiman. He had healed remarkably fast, and had since stuck to Kasha ever since. Kasha had named him Murk for the splotchy pattern on his back, and from then on, he always had a little friend.
