Fio is the Shadow Adept on Kiera's magic Council.

Most know her as Madam Fionnaini, who welcomes them to The Starglow Bazaar. Where a dragon can forget their cares for an evening of entertainment with singing, dancing and acrobatics. Or if you dare, test your luck with a game of chance or skill.

But a few know her as Mama Fio. Orphans, outcasts, runaways....they all have a different story. But they all found the way somehow to the cluster of tents in Wispwillow Grove. And Fio loves them all.

Because she has been there....
When her father declared she "had no talent for performing, her dancing was a waste of time." And left her behind when the troupe traveled, again and again.
So she trained without him. Then started her own company.
