The Crashing Of Waves

Tsunami was a peaceful dragon- arguably the most peaceful out of her brothers. Unlike her brothers, who spent their time chasing fish and playing together, she would often lounge on the beach with her mother, curled under the dragoness's scales and letting the soft sound of waves fill her ears.
Her mother brought her up in a more traditional water-dragon way then the others. She taught Tsunami how to read fortunes in the tides and how to read the words that floated on the winds. Her first open fortune reading was to a dragon in the water region, and she was praised for days by her mother.
As she grew up, her time near the ocean never changed. She would sit there, overlooking the waves. She started to collect the pretty shells that lined the shore, decorating her scales in the pretty and light colors. She would often use spare shells to make jewelry, which she would often give as gifts to family or friends.
When her family left, she stayed behind. For months, she hung around the shore, reluctant to leave. When she felt her charge pulling though, she finally started to search, to roam away as she looked for what was calling to her.
