  • Goes at her experimentation with reckless abandon
  • Has, in the past, hurt others with her projects and has a great deal of guilt for it
  • Though she has an almost compulsive need to study alchemy she doesn't really mean anyone harm
  • She's been kicked, or chased, away from several other clans
  • The clan took her in, not so much to benefit from her experiments, but to keep her from harming herself or others
  • Honestly, everyone was surprised to see how successful she can be when given a safe environment in which to work
  • Workaholic! Azen has had to place a time limit on her and insists the lab is shut down at a specific time
  • She likes to mix electricity with her alchemy
  • She has been trying to create things to better aid the technomancers and their experiments
  • Flux has been very interested in seeing how she can incorporate alchemy with technology. As of yet the technomacers have not attempted to try those two things. Thus far its just been explosive, but he doesn't discourage Kalani from trying
  • She has a childlike fascination with just about everything and views new experiences as if its life altering (even if it's something as simple as learning a new cooking recipe)
  • Kalani has absolutely no fighting skill what so ever and any attempting to teach her at least the basics of defense will find she's incapable of learning. It's not that she doesn't want to, it's that she has all left paws.
  • Clumsy is an understatement! She puts the Clumsy General to shame
  • Though she cannot fight she can and will use the volatile and often times caustic brews she concocts as projectiles to protect herself or those she cares about
  • Gets along famously with Phoenix and pretty much anyone else caught in her sight. Very personable and very loving
