Ludo

Ludo first ran into the crew when he was caught in the ship's rigging, flying and tangling himself in the ropes during a bad storm. After being thoroughly scared witless by Delvig, the rest of the crew stepped up to take care of the little pink bellied hatchling. Though he was originally only supposed to stay for a couple of days before continuing on his journey, Ludo found himself drawn into life on the ship. The hustle, bustle, and general mayhem that came with living with every type of dragon, two demons, and the occasional robot on a pirate ship sucked the little spiral in and before he knew it they crew had claimed him as their own. Ygritte originally thought that the young spiral would make a good look out and as the spiral grew it turned out she was right.

Ludo works as crew look out and watchman, perched high above in the crow's nest or moving about the skies scouting out the ship's path for any danger. Though a little wary around strangers, once he figures out you won't eat him Ludo doesn't shut up. He's a very chatty spiral and almost constantly moving. Very open with his affection Ludo is also the crew's official hugger dragon. You having a bad day? Ludo hug. You need someone to hold you over the side of the ship and don't have any rope? Ludo hug. You being a general grumpus? LUDO HUG.

Close to both Aster and Nottingham (as they come from the same clan) Ludo can usually be seen tangled around his tundra friends when not working talking up a storm. Also ironically Ludo's very close with Delvig's mate Diaval and enjoys curling around the large imperial's neck while she cooks working as test taster. He and Fishbones often fight for prime neck space on the imperial, curling around her and each other.

Ludo likes adventure and loves to experience new things, even if those new things land him in hot water. He's very keen on being the first to explore something and will wedge himself into every nook and cranny to find out what lies on the other side. He's quick to come to the aid of a friend when they need it though he's more likely to tie himself in knots than win any fights. Nottingham is trying to teach him to be a better fighter though and he's taking the lessons seriously. He's a bit of a trickster (that's totally Nottingham's bad influence) and loves a good joke. When he gets excited he can be a bit loud, though being sat on by all his friends muffles him pretty well.
