Neo is probably the most mysterious dragon of all in the lair. He was brought in by Royal to stay the night, which eventually led to him befriending some of the other dragons. Eventually, he asked if he could stay. Overall though, nothing is know about his past, as he doesn't talk much about it. With his many eyes, he sees everything that is going around in the area. His favourite past time includes flying around the Shifting Expanse and the Ashfall Waste, and listening to all the drama happening. Surprisingly enough, he is good at not getting involved in drama himself somehow, and despite his low level, he is able to lay down verbal smackdowns that even strong dragon's would rather avoid. Just in case.

Neo is an incredibly reliable dragon, even though he does his chores barely on time, he is an excellent gatherer. On top of that, he also has an excellent sense of fashion. He also makes sure the lair does not take in anyone who may harm it, as he has an incredible horseshit detection meter.
