Biography

Sebastian is a wanderer. He originally came from the Sundial Terrace, but he left when he heard that an Emperor was devouring nearby lands. Instead, he moved to the Windswept Plateau, drawn by promises of peaceful lands.

Throughout the plateau, Sebastian maintains a flock of pardas, selling their milk and eggs to markets throughout Wind flight. He herds a few rambras too, but he prefers pardas. His friends know him to be quiet but kind, superstitious, and surprisingly worldly wise. Once in a while he'll take in a lost traveler, but normally he prefers his own company - and the pardas.

Sebastian met the remainders of the Windstone Clan shortly after a harpy attack. He let them stay near his camp a few days. He was wary of them at first. He was especially wary of Archimedes, a fellow imperial far larger than him. He knew superstitions about Emperor dragons too well. However, he let them stay with him a short while, sheltering them with his wings and giving them parda eggs to restore their strength. Now, the clan members visit occasionally, and they help him sell his wares in the Cloudsong.
