Selkie

Selkie has lived a colorful life of adventure, danger, passion and pain. Trained from a young age to take over her master's career as a hired assassin, she gave up the world of death for profit after seeing the devastation her actions caused a young family caught in the crossfire.

For many years she traveled alone, offering help to any who asked as she sought to atone for her misdeeds. On her journey she met Kirin, a young, bright Skydancer who immediately captured her heart.

The two joined together in assisting dragons as they travelled south, eventually finding themselves at the bustling seaside village of Evernight Bay. It was here they learned of Clan Arcus Veil and Glacier Keep, a vast cave network home to a diverse range of dragons from all across Sornieth. Selkie met with the clan leader, Siren, and offered her services in exchange for a permanent home for her and Kirin. Siren accepted, adorning Selkie with the role of High Guard of Glacier Keep, the head of security for the whole of the winding caves within the mountain.

Along with her High Captain, Yaozu, she spends her days patrolling the caverns looking out for any potential threat to her clan and working to resolve issues among quarreling dragons.
