Daughter of Artemis, a legendary warrior.

I had Artemis for a while. Got her from someone on Flight Rising Amino, trained her to level 24 in the Coliseum, bred her twice - once with a Spiral named Chroma (who has long since been Exalted), and once with Lahmar, who still lives in my lair. Then I sold her for 250,000 treasure on the Auction House because I couldn't find a good outfit or lore for her, and followed her through two different lairs to where she now sits in PepperSnippet's lair.

I miss Artemis. Maybe that's why I've held on to this Mirror so long; originally I kept her because she was an XYY dragon, but now she's the only surviving child of Artemis, one of my best warrior dragons... and the only connection to my old dragon.

I kept this dragon in my lair, then when the Hibernal Den came out, I gave her a familiar and moved her there. I never touched her after that, except that one time when I edited her bio to add the phrase, "Daughter of Artemis, a legendary warrior." I planned to work that into lore. Eventually.

I completely forgot about her up until this point. I took her out recently, hoping that I could actually get some stuff done with her. I opened the Auction House to look for apparel. Maybe something would inspire me?

A Gold Aviator Satchel caught my eye, so I opened the Dressing Room in a separate tab and pasted her id, then searched "Satchel" to find it. The Journeyman Satchels looked cool, but I'm not about to pay over 100,000 treasure for that. So I go back to the Auction House, entering in the price restrictions again: " ___ - 11952; ___ - 8". Then I clicked enter.

I couldn't remember where I had left off looking, so I clicked Page 6. A few pages later, I saw a Haunting Amber Nightshroud for somewhere around 11,000 treasure. Wait - 11,000 treasure? I thought they were more expensive than that. I opened a third tab, went to the Auction House, Realm-Wide, and typed "Haunting Amber Nightshroud" in the search.

The two Auction House tabs instantly disappeared, and the only tab left in Safari was the Dressing Room tab with the dragon, all apparel cleared just as it was when I first entered the id. Strange. That never happened before.

And then, for some reason, I remembered a dream I had a while back, a dream where Arcanist appeared and said something along the lines of, "I can't help you. You're not ready yet." A few days later, I got two Arcane eggs from Gathering in the same day. I had thought Dream-Arcanist was talking about that. But now I wonder...

This dragon is the least-threatening dragon in my lair. Seriously. She has pretty genes, Earth-themed colors, bright pink eyes. And yet she may have caused one of the weirdest glitches that I've ever seen. Now, as I think about it, Dream-Arcanist's words echo in my head. "I can't help you. You're not ready yet."

I think that it is time to finally name her, then train her in the coliseum. Maybe give her some apparel and decent lore.

I noticed recently that Artemis has started wearing the Bloody Bandages set, and she hasn't been fed for at least a day, if I had to guess. Hopefully this dragon isn't upset about that. Hopefully there's nothing to worry about. Hopefully my dream was just a dream.

And, in the event that something does happen... I can only hope that I will finally be ready for Arcanist to help me.
