___A calm but kind dragon, Bethari is generally found in close proximity to her mate, Dulaman. She was capable of seeing the best in him from the outset, despite his tendency to come off as rude to most. She was pleased when they were placed together, and it was while working together as friends that she began to develop deeper feelings for him. Thankfully, Dulaman returned her feelings, and the candles she always wears was a courting present from her thoughtful mate. She is fond of exploring, and the candles are capable of lighting even the deepest caves or darkest night.

___Bethari had been something of a wanderer in her youth, and after she mated with Dulaman, the other Imperial followed her on her travels around Sornieth. It was she who noticed the burned land that had once been the Flock’s nesting grounds, and ever inquisitive, she landed to explore. Being the compassionate one, Bethari wanted to stop and help, and she had agreed readily when Dulaman had suggested staying and making their home with the clan. Although Dulaman settled into his role as a guardian quickly, Bethari had difficulty finding out what she would want to do. She wanted to help the Flock, of course, but she wasn’t sure where her skills would be most needed.


___After talking to the elder members of the clan, Bethari was able to find her niche. Her wanderlust was beneficial to the clan, as whenever she left, she would bring back food or other supplies, sometimes even dragons who wanted to stay with the clan and help with the rebuilding. She rarely took long trips, not wanting to leave her mate alone, but it let her sate her wanderlust while still helping the clan. When she was not out exploring, she spent her time in the clan either with Dulaman or helping to take care of hatchlings, her own or others, as they all enjoyed hearing the stories of her travels and she never minded indulging them.
