Growing up Magma was small, dainty and quiet. He was never one to talk back, misbehave or be rude. He had excellent manners and his parents praised him on that. He soon grew into a wonderful, bright young dragon who was now able to speak his own mind.

Magma excelled in all of his classes in school but was the best at chemistry. His passion for mixing chemicals and creating new mixes and solutions was truly inspiring. So, his teacher pushed him to practice more and more, but this soon became an issue. Magma became obsessed with finding new mixes to test and began losing sleep, skipping meals, and eventually became sick.
That was until he met Anika, his true love. She was able to drag him out of his lab to the kitchen table to eat, to bed to sleep, or out into the world so he could breathe in that fresh air. Magma calls Anika his "Light" because she truly did save him. Without Anika, Magma would likely have died for his research, and while important, it is not worth dying over.
