That didn't make sense.
That didn't make sense the slightest.
There was no way he was going to keep up with that, Nonsense thought, looking at the dragons around him who were trying to talk to him in a strange, inarticulate manner.

Maybe he had hit his head.
Yeah, that could have been an option, maybe he had hit his head so hard that some kind of traumatic injury occurred and as a result he could not understand other dragons now.
Afterall, he did hit the ground pretty hard after rolling down that rocky hill side like a sack of potatoes. His legs were still hurting and he was pretty sure that one of them was broken, therefore he couldn't really move and walk away like he would have liked.

Picture this: he was on the ground, hurting, probably bleeding as well and the only thing that came to his rescue was a dragon who spoke nothing but gibberish.
If he hadn't lost his mind sooner, he was surely going to.
He didn't really care about that at the time, he had just been through the worst fall of his life and it was a miracle that he was still alive.
Plus, he was in no conditions to judge a nice dragon who rushed in to help.

But after two days of that, Nonsense was seriously starting to doubt his own sanity.
He stared at the lair ceiling, trying to not listen to those illogical sounds coming out the mouths of the dragons who currently were in the den with him.
They seemed to understand him on a certain extent, which was a good thing, but still.

One of those dragon, a seafom colored Tundra got next to his nest, handing him an heavy pouch full of an unknown liquid before babbling something that sounded like a "gugulu".
Nonsense shook his head, he really wasn't thirsty.
"No thank you" he replied, smiling gently at what he assumed to be the clan leader, basing himself on the interactions he had with the other dragons.
The other clan leader, a female fae, fluttered next to her mate and motioned to take a sip from the pouch.
He vigorously shook his head again.
They had been trying to get him to drink that weird thing for days now, and there was no way he was going to do that.
"No, thank you, I'm not thirsty" he tried to explain again.

The Tundra frowned and tried to get the pouch next to his mouth rather aggressively, making Nonsense scoot away from him, cringing when a strong pain from his broken leg hit him.
"Not. Thirsty." He exclaimed, almost desperately as they started to talk to him in that absurd gibberish once again, hoping they would give up.
Either they weren't understanding him this time, or they were allegedly ignoring him.
He truly hoped for the first option.

The fae got behind him, holding him down as her mate got the pouch next to his mouth once again.
He struggled to be let go, but he was still weak and in pain, and couldn't do much, even though the fae was smaller than him.

"Tutunda!" he cried, hoping to stop them by yelling the only word he could actually give a meaning to.
He had heard it all the time since he was brought there, and was quick to realize that it probably meant something along the lines of "stop it!".
Hopefully, talking to them in their own language would have changed the situation.

As soon as he yelled, the two dragons stopped.
The fae let go of him, looking at her husband who was staring at him with two wide eyes.
Nonsense let out a sight and started to relax, without noticing the sly grin that was starting to appear on the two dragons' mouth.
Maybe that wasn't the greatest idea.
