Biography
The second Gate Keeper spends the majority of her shift sleeping, yet she wakes feeling exhausted every time. The pull of sleep beckons her at all times so it can be a struggle to stay conscious for long periods.
She stays curled around the gate, her enormous wings lift to allow travelers passage at the high, clear note of one of the settlement's frontmen. Despite the wariness that plagues her, she's the fiercer of the two Keepers when things come to blows. She hums along to the songs her mate sings even while sleeping.
Saga regularly stops by to check on how she's doing and bring her hot tea. Layfayette keeps knitting sweaters for her, no matter how many times she asks her stop.
