Entry #1 from researcher Dubhe:

A new tundra drone has appeared in the hive. From my own observation over a period of time before it is restrained by the hive, this drone is spontaneously violent, for unknown reasons (probably a glitch?), at random times and randomly attacks random drones with no warning, before going back to normal. It seems to target skydancer and nocturne drones more frequently during the violent outbursts, even targeting objects that look like nocturnes and skydancers. For example, for one second, this drone could look calm, for the next second, it could attack anything. For this particular behaviour, it is restrained when around the consciousness and genesis to prevent it from attacking them. This drone is not sentient.

However in this period of observation, it has never attacked this particular drone, JAWSPLITTER, and even seems docile when around it and cares for it.

Of all of the drones I fear the most in the hive's current state, this would be the one.

This drone will be named as WARMONGER in my notes.

Entry #2 from researcher Dubhe:

Ever since JAWSPLITTER emerged as a Genesis, it has tried to fix WARMONGER's spontaneous violent behaviour from the orders of the consciousness after the refusal of the other genesis model and give it sentience. A big mistake. Due to being unexperienced with its newly acquired genesis abilities, it backfired, causing its personality to switch with JAWSPLITTER's instead and gaining sentience. It is observed to be just like JAWSPLITTER before the switch, except it also sometimes "attacks" other drones for fun, just like how a cat would.

After a day, it ran away from the hive along with JAWSPLITTER and went missing. I have decided to follow her for further observations.

Entry #3 from researcher Dubhe:

WARMONGER seems rather overwhelmed with its newly gained sentience, for a couple of days. It is later observed to appreciate the environment around it. When it later sees a dragon from a distance, to my surprise, it seems to observe them throughout the whole period it sees them instead of attacking them. It looks rather curious on dragons. It has also tried to imitate the way dragons speak and has "borrowed" several picture books meant to teach hatchlings from clans and libraries to read them, before returning them.

To my surprise, it has started to act more like a dragon than a drone, following multiple observations on other dragons and learning their language. It seems rather pleased with itself.

It is also observed to be very desperate with fixing JAWSPLITTER's mistake, to get back what it was initially. Perhaps it wants to find another genesis?

I might approach WARMONGER to speak to it someday.

Entry #4 from researcher Dubhe:

One day, WARMONGER and JAWSPLITTER were a tundra drone and a mirror drone respectively, the next day, they were both turned into a veilspun drones! It seems that the change was not initiated by either of them, and WARMONGER freaked out upon noticing that they were a veilspun drone. They seem more desperate after that.

Entry #5 from researcher Dubhe:

It has been a year since I last observed the pair. Following them are two other veilspun drones that look similar to them. Perhaps their children? JAWSPLITTER was still the same as before. WARMONGER was still desperate to have them back. I decided to help them, since I have some contacts that could possibly help them.

I approached them, wanting to talk to WARMONGER. The drone that looked like them immediately stood in front of them, trying to protect them. JAWSPLITTER looked ready to attack me, but they were immediately restrained by another drone that looked like them.

I offered WARMONGER, JAWSPLITTER and their children a place to stay in my clan, where they can rest there instead of having to find a temporary place to live in between their search. They agreed immediately.

As I led them to the direction of my clan, I asked WARMONGER for their name. They stopped to think for a while, before giving me their new name: PEACEMAKER.
