The Bone Hoarder
Description

It’s not unusual for dragons to hoard precious objects, though the definition of “precious” can vary widely. Traditionalists collect gemstones or prized metals, others favor silks or colorful crystals. However, more unusual collections abound, as some dragons will hoard varieties bioluminescent mushrooms, woven tapestries, figurines, books, botanical specimens, even various kitchen gadgets. Hosta falls into this latter category, for her hoard is comprised entirely of bones. The mirror considers himself an archeologist of sorts; she spends her days wandering Earth territory and carefully excavating different sedimentary layers in search of her favored object. Her corner of the Clan is stacked floor-to-ceiling with her labors; bones from the most delicate sparrow skulls to massive calcium creations that belong to creatures best unmentioned, and all are carefully looked after. It’s difficult to say what Hosta plans on doing with her peculiar collection, though sometimes she produces rough-hewn bone jewelry to trade for more unusual or distant bone specimens. In any case, there does not appear to be any dragon bones among her collection, so the rest of the clan members believe it’s best to simply leave her to her hobby.
