Mistress Malus is the Reaper or Sole Leader of the Deaths Children, she overlooks all activity within Inanis Domum a large system of hidden Caves and Caverns beneath the Tangled Woods. Her role is to make sure that order is held in their growing kingdom and to keep them hidden from the world above, for now. She has the power to create laws and punish lower-ranking dragons, but she must be backed by a majority vote from the council to punish a member of the council. She is also titled Death's Angel.

Mistress Malus is a 3rd generation, Rotted Imperial. She is a descendant of the Empress, an Emperor made of eleven female Imperial dragons, which wreaked havoc across Sornrith many centuries ago. In the end, the Empress was badly wounded by the eleven deities after a battle she almost won and she had to go into hiding. Mistress Malus is a full blood Imperial, but she posses uncommon abilities along with the fact that she is not alive nor is she dead. As a Rotted Imperial, she has the ability to control the carcasses of dead dragons as puppets, is able to regenerate severed and destroyed body parts and is able to turn into a Spectre for a short duration of time, allowing her to go through walls and other solid objects.
She has been raised by her Mother, Periit which taught her about the Empress, her grandmother, and overlord. She has been taught to hate the world above and the deities that lived with them because they wounded and drove the Empress into hiding. She grew up into a strong and angry woman, once she entered a state of power she wielded it with an Iron Claw. She wants to strengthen the power of the dragons of Inanis Domum, so one day she can appear on the surface and kill them all, for the Empress.
