Quione is the Goddess of the Snow, raised as the daughter of Boreas and Eira, who was adducted by Boreas to be his queen. She lives in the highest reaches in the mountains of The Fortress of Ends, where the snow never melts. She’s an avid huntress, and her bow, snowshoes, and wing blades are her most often-mentioned attributes.

She was once married to the god Tadar. However, their marriage was a failure; Tadar couldn’t stand the cold and dreariness of the mountains, and Quione couldn’t stand the light and noise of Tadar’s home in the Beacon of Radiant Eye, so the two parted ways.
