The Legend: In Navajo culture, a skin-walker is a type of harmful entity who has the ability to turn into, possess, or disguise themselves as an animal at will. They are most frequently seen as coyotes, wolves, foxes, eagles, owls or cows. However, these animals never have tails. Some Skinwalkers can also "steal" the faces of different people, and could appear as someone you know. In order to kill a Skinwalker, one must know it's true (mortal) name.
Midnight, is not her true name. That is lost to everyone, even her. Her 'tail' is a fake meant to keep others for noticing that she is not like them. Her mask is a permanent feature and she never takes it off, even when she sleeps. Come to think of it...has anyone ever seen Midnight sleep? No? What about seeing her eat? No one has seen her eat either. Huh, that's weird.
Okay.. Has anyone ever seen Midnight speak? No; growling, roaring, hissing, snarling and screeches don't count.

No one? Really? Not a single word? Do we know if she can talk? No? What about the people she hangs around? Surely Grack has been able to get a work out of Midnight. Ashby? Ziora? Not even DiamondFeather?
DiamondFeather got Midnight to write something, huh? Oh. Midnight said that she doesn't wish to harm anyone, and she just wishes for a calm place to live. Well, that's comforting.
