The worship of the Windsinger is relaxed, much like the god himself. He does not ask for his followers to pray, or to offer sacrifices, only to enjoy the sun on their scales, the wind in their face, the sound of song and the gift of life. There is no gospel to give, no holy book to read from, only occasional tales of his exploits. So Zephyr's little church is more a place of rest and peace than a place of worship. She leads a choir once a week, and morning flights every day, and she marries folks and speaks at funerals and gatherings, but that's about as far as it goes.

Zephyr is relaxed and joyful, much like the worship she gives. She is calm and kind and generous, offering assistance and words of advice to those who need it. She speaks in a bright, clear voice. Her eyes shine and there is always a smile on her lips. In the center of her forehead burns a glowing rune, the symbol of the Windsinger.

Zephyr's birth clan was very devout. It was said that the clan leader had been touched by the Windsinger himself, given great magic, which spilled out of his eyes. They credited every good thing to the Windsinger's joy, every bad thing to his anger. The young Zephyr felt that the farmers should give themselves more credit for a good harvest. And when it came out that the clan leader's primal eyes were in fact the result of some strange tincture, she left. She had a life-changing experience, and opened up her little church.
