Sage was found a day after her brother. She had lost her family and was separated from her brother. She was found severely dehydrated and in need of a mother. Leila took on the mother role and nursed the sick Hatchling back to health. Sage has since made a full recovery.

Sage is quiet and secluded. She's very shy and would rather let her brother do the talking. Despite her shyness, she loves to sing. She expresses her gratitude for everyone by singing and performing for them. She loves making others happy and tries her best to do so. She spends all her free time with her brother rehearsing.

Bolt and Cornet introduced Sage and Ocatave to each other. The two bonded instantly considering how similar they are. They both have a brother that would be more than happy to talk for them and they are also both very shy and rely on each other for comfort.
