Jailor. Guard.
Guards the cells of the jail area of the refugee, it is located in the Depths.
Stickler for rules, can seem qute judgemental, very blunt, honest. Can be both demeaning and condescending around captives. Respects other guards and honest fighters. Dislikes mercenaries, but accepts their help against his will due to order from higher command.
