Ray

Ray came here from a faraway land, where she grew up in a big group of dragons. As soon as she was old enough, she left her home and family to find a new place to live and proof, that she was able to care for herself.
When she first came to the Windswept Plateau she enjoyed the constant breeze and friendly nature of most of the Dragons she encountered here. Originally only planning to stay for a few days before continuing her journey, these plans were quickly thrown out the window, when she encountered Sun.
Rays family consisted of all kinds of dragons, but none of them were like her. That never bothered her, all of the dragons were different and it never even occurred to her, that there could be others like her, a whole species even. When she arrived in these land she saw other Guardians, but it wasn't until Sun, a male Guardian, stood directly before her, that she realized, that she was in fact one of them.
He told her everything about their species, about the different Flights and also about himself. Ray told him about the lands she grew up in, here old family and everything she had seen on her travels up to this point.
Days turned into weeks, weeks into months and Ray and Sun fell for each other, and decided to stay here and start a small family.
Ray didn't really care for founding or leading a clan. Sun had told her about it, but she had no desire to relieve the chaos of her childhood, with the only difference being, that she would now be the one who had to try and bring any kind of order into it. However, live as always had its own plans and one day a small black Fae named Nightcloud and her mate, a red Spiral named Rehd just showed up, practically out of nowhere. Nightcloud claimed to be some kind of shaman and Rehd was, well… He was clearly very loyal to Nightcloud and basically followed her every move. Nightcloud proclaimed, that the gods had sent them to guide there new clan and help them prosper in the days to come (although she made it sound way more melodramatic). Ray tried to politely shoo them away, but they just ignored all her objections and stayed and it didn’t take long for other dragons to follow suit.
At first Ray tried to object, then to ignore them, but due to her instincts and childhood memories combined, she started to care for the chaotic mess of dragons around her and she tries her best to protect and look after them.
