Biography

beaumont is a grumpy lightning mage who works for the scholars' guild. he mostly does maintenance on magic-related mechanisms and anything electric, but he'll teach apprentice dragons what he knows, if they can stick around despite his squidwardsy personality.

his fireflies are actually little projections he's magicked up, and unbeknownst to others, he can't get rid of them. it's an embarrassing secret he would never let out, as unimportant as it may seem. if you ask him, he'll just say they're for lighting up dark places he can't see.
