As the youngest child of Saturn, Mars was pushed harder than his siblings to be better than he already was. An accomplished killer as a youth, Mars never met an enemy he could not defeat when put up against them.
Until a skydancer hatchling invaded his cave on a dare.
Her courage and bravery were unmatched and Mars found himself drawn to her. He got to her when she collapsed, drawing her close to him and spiriting her away from those who allowed her to go into the cave. With a bit of nurturing and his mother with him, Ceres made a full recovery and he fell in love with her.
