Of all the small hives I've come across, I have not seen such a strong consciousness. As an assimilated Skydancer its ability to control drones is strong, but this one can do much more than keep drones under control. I've followed divines and hijackers who, upon coming across this consciousness, seem to have a change of heart if you will.
It's the closest thing to love I've ever seen from these creatures. It's as if the consciousness is like a siren, making all its followers completely lovestruck and infatuated. Weaver's hive seems always eager to please, striving to be perfect for their master. With such a strong ability to sway drones to its hive, it makes me wonder why its hive isn't bigger. Perhaps Weaver is just picky, I have only seen pure drones with ice and plague eyes, with a few rare earth and shadow eyed drones in its hive.
Despite being a pure hive, with a glittering black carapace, the consciousness seems to have a mist swirling around it along with a glowing blue gem. I can only imagine this is a magical manifestation of the consciousness' mental abilities. Though it is ironic, that it only accepts the most pure of drones, yet does not appear completely pure itself.
