Mate of Skadi

Hailing from the Willowisp grove of the Tangled wood, Njord came to the icefields to escape the murky sky. It was home and the glowing fungus all too familiar. Njord love to play tricks of all kinds however, he still felt out of place among the dragons of the shadow clan. Where they were usually dark blacks Njord was bright. When he was younger among his friends he was often teased. One day he left his dark home and began to travel south. Njord passed through the tidelords domain moving then through the hot lava fields before flying to the ice fields. He had not planned to stay there long until he met one of the residents. Njord met Skadi a mirror the color of blue ice by chance. He followed her back to her flight and knew he wanted to be of use to her. She was so cold like an ice queen. He wanted to be of use to her. Little by little and many failed attempts latter Skadi eventually opened up to him. Though she still didn't say much he had become able to understand her without even saying a word. He still loves to play tricks on his flightmates.
