Here's a link to a guide! Basically, head to the Mire with Ares and two fodder dragons, "scratch" enemies until you build up enough "breath" until you can use your special move "eliminate" to defeat all of the enemies! This works for everyone except for Bosses! For bosses you'll just have to refresh and start over.
