Boegars is a demon that has been in the Cult for multiple years, reincarnated multiple times. Recently, he passed away after a raid on the Cult where a clan from the Earth flight attempted to slaughter all. Fortunately, he was the only one who didn't make it out the other end. After being in Purgatory for two years, he was reborn into the clan that took his last life. He quickly made it back to the Cult. It only took a few weeks for him to get back in the swing of things, and Boegars is once again thriving as the History Keeper and Librarian for the Cult.

Boegars isn't the most friendly demon around, but most demons aren't. He cares very little for other dragons, and sometimes even doesn't care for the other Cult members. But he's dedicated his life to his library, and he would give everything to keep it safe for the rest of eternity. Don't you dare damage one of his books. Your life would never be the same again.
