Zeph was born within Avalon to two respected citizens. Zeph loves her home and would do anything to protect it. As a young hatchling she would constantly get in trouble, going off on countless adventures. Zeph was a wild hatchling who despised rules and being told what to do. She was rebellious and clever, too smart for her own good. She would often convince the other hatchlings to go along with her. Not only was she a troublemaker but she was a leader which made things even worse. Even at a young age Zeph was charismatic, something she often used to her advantages. She often dragged Rye along with her. Rye was enamored with Zeph even as a young male. He just couldn't tell her no.

It wasn't until Zeph and Rye almost met an unfortunate end that Zeph realized that sometimes, rules were there to protect you. She would have continued down a troublesome and mischief filled path had it not been for Crowley. Crowley saw the potential in Zeph, saw the intelligence, cunning, and curiosity. She had the makings of a leader.

Crowley approached Zeph and trained her, helped her along a path of adventure and responsibility. Slowly Zeph changed from the clever troublemaker to the cunning, sharp tonged diplomat. She threw herself into her work, finally feeling challenged for once in her life. Zeph worked hard to be the best of the best. She became a diplomat at a young age and quickly rose within the ranks. She had the ambition, she had the stubbornness to never give up, and she had the charisma and cunning.

Somewhere along the way Zeph fell in love. It was intense and sudden. Rye had always been her closest friend and partner in crime. The elders of the kingdom always knew they would end up together, it just took Rye and Zeph a bit longer to figure it out. Pledging themselves as mates Rye supports Zeph and worships the ground she walks on and the air she flies through.

Crowley made a monster, one who uses her quick wit to ensnare and trap her enemies. Zeph is extremely cunning, strategical, friendly, and likeable. Everyone loves Zeph, they can't help it. While Zeph can be cold and harsh at times (after all her job requires it) she actually truly cares about others. She loves with all of her heart and constantly has the good of the kingdom in mind.

It was no surprise that Zeph became the mouth piece for the kingdom. With the Elusive Queen hidden from the world it is Zeph that is thought to run Avalon. It is true to an extent, with her advisors she makes many important and tough decisions while also being the face of the kingdom. Zeph is a queen in her own right, working hard to gain her title even though she has no royal blood. There are only two that are ranked higher than her (although none really know this) Crowley, and the Elusive Queen.
