MY OWN LEGACY

Oracle is a legacy member of the clan, tracing his lineage back to Nimbus, a clan founder who has since moved on to a less demanding clan. Even so, Oracle feels a deep need to keep himself in top shape, ready to fight at a moment's notice. Over the years he has been in the clan, Oracle has distinguished himself as a scout and stage manager.

When Heretic stumbled into the clan, Oracle recognized his future greatness, and spent a lot of time at his side, protecting him from the other Killjoys who just would not leave well enough alone. Heretic was strong, and the Killjoys wanted to field him right away. However, Heretic was not ready, even though he was ready to fight for his new clan. Oracle stepped up to spot and coach Heretic on the field, and the pair formed a deep and unbreakable bond.

When Oracle wanted to start playing guitar for the radio station, most of the Killjoys laughed at him--he was a fighter, not an artist, and a poor fighter at that. Heretic, however, encouraged Oracle to learn to play, and listened to him practice for hours on end. Thanks to Heretic's encouragement, Oracle is now a lead guitar for the radio, keeping the Killjoys live and on air.
