Endearingly referred to as the 'Bone Prince' by the rest of the clan, Rhaegan serves with pride as one of Kingdom's defenders. He thrives on being of use, and enjoys proving his skill in any kind of test. While he inherited his fathers looks, Rhaegan took after his mother in spirit, and is as wild and untameable as she ever was. The Bone Prince is something of an adrenaline junkie, and will engage in any activity he deems as 'fun' or 'exciting'.
Despite his reckless nature, he would never willingly endanger those he seeks to protect. Most of the adventures he seeks, he leaves until his half-brother Korrin has returned home. The two are nearly inseperable when Korrin is within Kingdom's boundaries, and when he is not, Rhaegan is constantly looking for news of his progress.

Sometimes though, he hasn't the patience to wait, and will venture out on his own to do whatever it is that seems challenging at the time. On most of these occasions he returns to Kingdom wounded; and as a result of this he spends a great deal of his time with the clan's healer Meri. It was probably due to the great measurements of time he spent with Meri that the two become close,but eventually they developed a friendship that was equal parts cheery on Rhaegan's part, and exasperation on Meri's.
