Timpani

Timpani is the clans chief scout - both for food and heaven forbid battle

Her dark colouration allows her to stealthly slip through the shadows to observe the situation and suprise attack foes to clear the way for the foraging parties

Despite her serious role she is actually quite the joker and it is rare for her not to have a smile

She is an agile and able battler physically - that "earring" is actually a weapon sort of like a shuriken on a chain which is a devastating as it sounds

Her speciality however is devastating elemental attacks - she was outcast from her plague clan because of her exceptionally rare innate ability to wield all forms of elemental magic (especially fire) not just her birth element

She wandered angry for a long time before meeting one of this clans foraging parties - who to her surprise not only didn't fight but found her magic wonderful

This confused her so much she stalked them for several weeks before deciding it would be nice to have a place to rest every so often thus she requested a tiny cave from Skyla

This became a retreat from her wanderings that she frequented every 6mo or so when the winters got particually cold

Her visits became more and more frequent as she began to realise that this clan accepted her for who she was and didn't find her frightning or odd

(in fact she freaked out that even that hatchlings wanted to play with her [I am a practically all black flame throwing masked dragon that can split a boulder in a single blow WHY ARE YOU GRINNING AT ME ?! WHY DO YOU WANT TO PLAY ?!])

It was Lilias teaching her to let go her anger and to learn to laugh that got her to stay - they are now the closest of friends and you will often find them in a giggling heap of an evening

Their favorite game is to send Galahad off on some fool's errand - and bless him he falls everytime

(The hatchlings still freak her right out tho - ["[i]STOP TRYING TO EAT MY FLAMES[/i]"])
