Biography
Aura was born to help, whoever it was, whatever they needed she wanted to lend all of the aid that she could provide. It was in her nature, and nature can't be stopped even when she was surrounded by clan members who hated her. No they didn't hate her, it was worse than that, they feared her. She could handle hate, she couldn't handle fear.
Their fear was born from the rumors of her lineage. Since her great-great grandfather there had been whispers of blood magic, of skeletons buried in the backyard, of screams heard in the dead of night. Perhaps her grandfather had done the gruesome acts that had made their family taboo, but in either case Aura's family was stained. It broke poor Aura's heart to see the small hatchlings weep and cower when they saw her, but she stayed anyway; she couldn't abandon them now could she?
She stayed for a long time, even though it made her miserable she couldn't bare to think what would happen if she wasn't there to save someone when they got hurt or sick. But one day she knew that she could no longer remain; it was when a fellow Skydancer had fallen to the ground mid-flight when his wings cramped and seized. Both his wings were broken, and she was the only one with the talent to heal them, but he refused to accept her help. He was too frightened of her to accept, and because of this he had sacrificed his ability to ever fly again -a fate worse than death for a Skydancer- Aura was so distraught that she left that very night. She knew where she was going, she had interrogated every trader, every traveller of a place she could go just in case. There was a clan in Viridian Labyrinth, a nature clan that accepted anyone who was mistreated or exiled or anything in between no matter what element they hailed to.
Along the way she passed through The Hewn City, meeting two hatchlings she hadn't expected to be there. She brought the two with her and they made their way to the clan, it took months but they made it, exhausted and half starved they stumbled into the forest that housed the clan. A white and black Imperial greeted them, she told them that she was called Oboro and that her clan, The Field's Well, accepted all misfits, oddballs, and curiosities. The kindness and gentleness in her voice comforted the trio and they knew that they were home.
