Triethy

As soon as he was born, there was a strong urge that was eating at his very being, one that itched his very core— he wasn't complete. Triethy was merely half a soul, and he felt destined to destroy the other half, to consume it and make it one with himself.

It wasn't long before he was stumbling about, and even sooner after that when he tried attacking his sister, maw opening as he tried biting and slashing at her with all of his power—much to their parents' dismay. Alas, they were both merely small godlings and as such not much damage was done to either side. After all, two tiny guardlings trying to maul each other to death was nothing for two fully grown beings.

He was placed at the edges of the Shifting Expanse, his parents figuring this would stop him from attacking his sibling. The constantly shifting lands were hard to maneuver and the area was grueling for a hatchling's survival, however sucking up lost spirits along the way made the voyage far easier than it would be for normal dragons. Then again, normal dragons wouldn't be headed halfway across the world to kill their sibling, the other half that makes them whole.
