Boog (literally pronounced as booger without the "er") is sick, always, it's gross.
Well known for having constantly watering eyes, Boog is often steered clear of by unfamiliar dragons. Dragon's of his own clan will often avoid him as well, which suits him just fine, since he feels so miserable and couldn't possibly manage too much socializing.

As it is, Boog isn't a complete introvert, he just greatly prefers the company of his girlfriend SnotRocket and his best friend Bug.

Boog has the horrible habit of wiping at his face with his hands, smearing his drippings around. As a result, there is almost always a gross crust around his eyes and face.

BoogerBomb and SnotRocket are also the proud parents of Snottie.
While visiting the Ventusians in Wind, the two got rather busy in some bushes, and ended up laying an egg. Embarrassed and initially too anxious to claim the egg, it was discovered and considered a great Mystery. The two came forward when the local nurse Azurite caught Boog skulking around in the grasses near it.

The "accidental teen pregnancy" was a bit hard on Boog and Snot, who did not wish to abandon the child they had made, but were ill suited to be parents. Eventually it was decided the child would be left in Azurite's care, but would know its parents.

The two went often to visit their baby, and a young Snottie often came to spend time with them as well. These days, Snottie is off having adventures and living in palaces, but he still comes home to see his parents.

And yes, they are very proud of him.
