Vosa 'Razumai
A Sangheili warrior of incredible skill and honor, even by the standards of their race, Voza 'Razumai was the first- and possibly only- female Elite that was both recognized as a swordsman and held the rank of Shipmaster while the race was allied to the Covenant. Following Thel 'Vadamee's promotion, Vosa was approached by him and personally recruited into his Fleet of Particular Justice, and her ship became one of the original five of the fleet. During her time as a Shipmaster, she was known for the strictness of who and what was allowed on her ship; never once did she allow Brutes on her ship, and any Brute that tried to board, even if ordered to do so by a Hierarch, met a brutal and bloody end that was often time attributed to an 'unfortunate accident' or 'ignorance of safety protocols'. While they recognized how effective and invaluable Voza was, the Hierarchs feared her, as she caught onto things and saw through many false statements that the majority of her race accepted without question. She fought proudly and honorably at 'Vadamee's side, both in space and on the ground, and she was often the first to jump at glassing a world. Voza was not present at Halo Installation 04, as she was ordered to finish glassing the planet and wiping out the humans while 'Vadamee pursued the Pillar of Autumn. It is said that Voza was the most qualified to become Supreme Commander following 'Vadamee's becoming the Arbiter, but she was denied this because of the Hierarchs' fear of her. Voza later became stranded near Shion, the world of the Dark Sylvan, where she had conflict with a mind-controlled Malekith and nearly glassed the planet. She held back only at the Arbiter's word. Extremely aggressive and bound by honor.
