Illian is a cosmic seer. Born of the sky and stars in Arcane territory, she began having visions when she was a hatchling; great swathes of land set aflame by starlight. Entranced by the night sky, she’s sometimes said to be moon-blind at night. Illian never sleeps, but never seems to need to, instead staring at the stars during the night while curled into Khataal’s side. In the morning, when she returns to her senses and her own mortal form, she bestows upon her clan the prophecies and visions that came to her during the night.
