Dredge patrols in the pure darkness at the very bottom of the ocean, not by swimming, but by walking, one step at a time.
His movement is slow but unceasing, and has been since long before the world had settled.

His divinity shows through his ability to thrive amidst such immense, crushing pressure, but he is also capable of coming to the shallows.
However, such a colossal being coming close to the surface has disastrous consequences, no matter how slow his movements.

If one is to call upon The Dredge, they must be prepared for the inevitable typhoons and earthquakes that come alongside it.
