A charming Thief born during the dead of night, his life before being touched by the shade means nothing to him anymore. You’d be hard-pressed to get much out of him as he likes his secrets and he likes his pain. A very sly and cunning coatl, he manipulates things to go his way, even if it’s only tugging on a single thread in a tapestry. Eventually, everything will unravel… and reveal to the world just how ugly the colors of Sornieth truly are. Cadagh held hands with Orchid and saw what she saw—the coalescing monster that is the shade, destroying a piece of Sornieth as they knew it. Together they silently watched, then together they pushed the shade back to its corner of the world with their mediocre weapons and untested fighting skills, barely knowing what to even do in the situation. She let go of his hand for one moment—and he was lost in the writhing shadows. Though he escaped, he soon realized you never truly escape from the shade. They went their separate ways; Orchid with her twin, and Cadagh, alone. Alone, but for the shadows that still weighed on his mind, plagued him with their crushing weight. His pale skin reddened like blood, thorns grew from his body, and he looked—nightmarish. Dragons looked at him as a pariah. As the shadows weighed on him, he went to Orchid for relief, begging for help, and Orchid denied him as though she didn't know him. It wasn't long after that, that he was utterly consumed without the support of those around him—and so, he turned to the shadows. And it was all her fault. |
