We are quite entrancing creatures. Born of magic and shaped by the gods themselves, our potential is nearly limitless. We grow and thrive among the drastically varying territories of Sornieth, dabbling in both the kaleidoscopic magic of the world and the myriad of wonders that technology has to offer. Even so, the war for dominance remains in constant flux. Many fight valiantly for the sake of their clan and deity, only to perish at the claws of another desperately clinging to their belief in a being unburdened by the dark shadow of the mortal coil. It seems as if the flights are eternally destined to continue this disturbing dance of discord and decay, twirling with helpless abandon towards the eventual promise of their mutual demise.






But hear me for a moment, what if this isn't what the fickle strings of fate have in store for us? What if there was an answer to the unspoken question lingering in the minds of many who so boldly dare to pray for peace? Imagine what Sornieth would look like if someone could hear that broken plea. Tell me child, what do you see? Does the air taste sweeter without the dark, heavy tang of blood? Has the land rediscovered its lilting harmony, unmarred by ages of atrocity? Do our young know the joy of freedom, blissfully unaware of the biting shackles of war? Is there more awaiting us than agonizing loss beyond the bloodshed?
