Chi Saloon Girl Affectionate | Enthusiastic | Honest Growing up in a large family always made it hard for Chi to get the attention of her parents for long unless she was causing trouble like some of her brothers. Deciding to devote her time elsewhere, Chi left home at a young age to pursue a career as a dancer. Donning brightly colored silks and ribbons that complimented her already bright colors, Chi began dancing for crowds as part of a traveling troupe. She easily attracted the eyes of male dragons she came across, but none ever caught hers. All they mattered for was giving her the attention she so sought. That was until Ira saw one of their shows, his bright eyes never left Chi the entire time she was on stage, he was a handsome Skydancer that immediately caught her eye in return. It didn't matter where she tried to look, her gaze was always drawn back to the handsome cowboy in the crowd. When she had retired to her tent in the caravan, carefully removing the fake eyelashes she had so carefully applied hours before, she was surprised to hear the thick familiar drawl one might hear as they went farther south in Sornieth. He asked her out for a drink. After accepting that fateful invitation that night, Chi's life was forever changed, that was the beginning of her whirlwind romance with the cowboy who swept her off her feet. She became the Bonnie to his Clyde, the voice of reason from jumping headfirst into jobs that were far too difficult for a single man to take on. She'd never thought she'd become attached to one dragon, not after her thirst for attention...but the way Ira spoiled her, how couldn't she love him and this lifestyle they shared? He showered her in affection and gifts, made her feel like the only other dragon in the world. He was all she would ever need. As his empire grew, Chi worried that it would take away his attention from her, that he would become a changed man who no longer clung to his simple dream of owning a saloon of his own and a place to call home. Yet, again he'd proved her fears to be wrong despite all the doubt. Ira still hung on her every word, remained at her beck and call, and built the saloon and airship of his dreams. Using her background as a dancer, Chi fell into the role of a Saloon Girl, dressing in light silks and parading around the Saloon to serve customers with the patrons eyes on her the entire time. She left the planning and scheming to Ira most days, but that didn't mean she didn't enjoy sneaking into the private room of the Saloon to hear her husband in action. Perhaps she was a spoiled trophy wife, but Chi loves the life she lives, being drowned in affection and gifts from her lover. |
