Raiku

The clan's dancer/entertainer. Takes care of hatchlings.

Raiku is enthusiastic and joyous, a dragon of bright smiles and sudden bursts of excited chattering. Like most of her kind, Raiku is either at full speed or completely dead to the world, intertwining small naps with a frenzy of activity. She's first and foremost an entertainer, a performer, and loves to show off her skills whenever there's an opportunity. She's amazingly skilled at dancing, twisting her serpentine body into hypnotizing loops and twirls, doing fascinating aerial maneuvers at a speed that would have other dragons breaking their neck. She's also really good at balancing stuff, pilling objects on top of each other on her body and keeping them that way for a long time.

She likes to collect objects she considers 'cute', decorating her appearance with small, whimsical knick-knacks. While Raiku can be in love with life, she's hardly an adventurous dragon. Some might consider her shallow - and she kind of is. She appreciates beauty like one does art, so she thinks appearances are very important. This side of hers blinds many dragons to the other aspect of her personality. Optimistic to a fault, but also wise in her own way, Raiku might be a great, if somewhat annoying, friend.
