B I O G R A P H Y
When he was younger, the dreams never plagued him. Wheatley was a rather happy Spiral, known for being a bit of an idiot, but loved dearly, nonetheless. Even though he got stuck in a jar for the fifth time that week or nearly tumbled out of the hallowed tree his parents called home, he was stilled so dearly loved. It's just he was...a bit troubled. Too naive and with not enough smarts to realize the dangers of many things. His parents did their best to teach him, but... To say the lesson didn't stick would be the correct assumption to make. Dear Wheatley would continue to get too bold, try flying earlier than thought possible and broke a few things in the process, couldn't quite keep up with his siblings...but it was alright. His energy and good-natured heart still endeared him to everyone he met. Nobody could quite resist him. Though enter in those teenage years and the sweet, good-natured dragon disappeared into a wave of rebellion. He spoke out, lashed out, and always aimed for the top. (He never talked about it, but his parents are sure it was due to a bully at the time... His best way to deal with it? Become just as terrible.) Wheatley became quite the terror during this time, though most might not have been able to imagine that from such a usually-sweet dragon... Though just as sudden as his rebellion had started, it quickly grinded to a halt. His demeanor was quiet for a short time, the apologetic to those he had hurt in some way. Though thankful for his turn, it was unknown to his parents what caused it....but the dreams had begun. A life not his own, but feeling just as homely. A growing issue that brought uneasiness to his heart, uncertainty to his life, and would eventually lead to Wheatley leaving home to run from dreams he truly couldn't escape from. |
