Every year I hatch a new years egg. At the end of the year I figure out an outfit to somewhat represent the events and emotions of that year.

2019 was.... rough... to say the least. I lost my aunt very suddenly to a heart attack while I was on vacation. I lost vision in my right eye due to a blood clot. I lost a good friend to a long battle with cancer. I lost my income, albeit voluntarily. But 2019 was also a huge year of change and growth. I moved twice. I quit my job and went back to school after a nearly 3 year break. I rekindled my creativity through art and crochet and cosplay. I earned my associates degree after 5.5 years of college. I bought a ridiculous amount of sparkly dice. My mental health has been consistently better than it has been in probably a decade.
It's all about that silver lining.
