Asmodeus followed Hecate to the clan in the hopes of winning her heart and becoming her mate and equal. Alas, Hecate has no equal and she does not have any interest in Asmodeus beyond the occasional bout of catharsis. He remains in the clan since this arrangement is better than nothing. Since forming this relationship he has also successfully sired many hatchlings with his beloved Hecate. This compromise is acceptable but leaves him bitter and notably irritable and cruel. He lashes out against members of her harem whenever he is given the opportunity and shows no interest in polities towards other clan members.
